You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide whether you love your MeloMates. If you don't, contact us and we'll refund you in full — no interrogation, no hoops.
How to start a return
- Message us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once the item is on its way back (or, for faulty items, once you've sent us a photo/video), we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Faulty or damaged items
If your MeloMate arrives damaged, doesn't play music, or stops working within 30 days of normal use, send us a short video and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you — you don't need to send the item back.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition with the gift box where possible.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; return shipping for faulty items is on us.
- Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
