Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Delivery time: Standard tracked delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing in your country.
Shipping cost: A flat tracked shipping rate applies to single-item orders. Shipping is free on the Duo Set and Full Trio bundles.
Where we ship: We ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes applied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking: Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement or refund you in full.
